Long Branch publicity plan urged by lawyer Edwards
Lawyer W L Edwards argues for a formal publicity bureau and aggressive advertising to attract builders and commuters to Long Branch. He criticizes past carnival spending and baby parades, urges band concerts and wholesome amusements, and urges the Commission to adopt initiative and a broader marketing policy. He cites Long Branch’s beauty, schools, roads, safety, and rail access as reasons for growth.
