Woodward Family Denies Custody Bid

Bus Driver Cleared in Wreck Case Near Sacramento
SACRAMENTO Calif July A Greyhound bus driver James O Seymour of Sacramento was cleared by Elk Grove court of failing to stop after a collision that injured several passengers. He was also acquitted on charges of driving with defective brakes and of being on the wrong side of U S 99. He testified he stopped and offered passengers a choice to stay for medical treatment in Lodi.
