Jimmy Writes To Bulganin Gets An Answer From Moscow
A sixth grader in Cleveland collects odd information for a scrapbook and writes to Soviet Premier Bulganin. He receives an English reply from an Anti-Fascist Committee of Soviet Youth in Moscow detailing Makhmud Bagier Ogoy Fiva, a 148 year old Azerbaijan farmer with 23 children and a total family of 152, who helped organize a collective farm and recently refused a pension. The letter adds 40 kopecks and one ruble postage to his stamp collection.
