Delay Powell Arraignment on Sedition
The arraignment of John W. Powell and his wife Sylvia on sedition charges from the Korean War era was moved to June 12. Judge Hamlin reluctantly granted the delay after request from the Powells’ lawyer Doris Erin Walker, who plans to seek a bill of particulars and may seek to have Julian Schuman arraigned with them once he surrenders.
