Sally the seal with tire near Scilly Isles photographed
A Scilly Isles photographer captured Sally a seal with a tire around her neck near St Marys Bay. The animal appears healthy though risk of choking if she fattens, while an RSPCA inspector tries to remove the tire. Fishermen spotted her three weeks ago and local boatmen advise leaving her undisturbed.
