Standard Oil of California applied to the Office of Price Stabilization for increases across products from crude oil to aviation gasoline. The request includes increases of 1.2 cents per gallon for motor and aviation fuel, 1.4 cents for heating and diesel oil, 10 cents per barrel for heavy fuel oil, and 10 cents per barrel for heavy crude with 50 cents for lighter crude.
