Blast Damages Bridge After Railroad Strike Action
A dynamite blast Sunday night damaged a Louisville and Nashville Railroad bridge near the Jefferson Bulllitt County line. Officials report a small amount of damage with the main line buckled a rail and two ties blown out. concrete cracked. The strike by 10 non operating unions was in its fourth week and this is the first violence in Kentucky related to the stoppage.
