Preliminary exam set in Santa Barbara for deputy accused
Deputy Sheriff Roger M. Prigmore, 2, faces two counts of child molesting after pleading not guilty at arraign ment before Judge Frank Kearney. The exam is scheduled Oct. 1 at 9 a.m. in Santa Barbara. He was arrested Sept. 17 and resides at 1423 Harbor View. The case, consolidating a felony and misdemeanor, stems from a McKinley School custodian report of luring two girls into shrubbery after exposing himself. The two victims identified Prigmore.
