Lompoc rezones parcels and schedules public meetings 1973
The City Council approves rezoning of Assessor 85-243 from R-1 to P-F on Hickory Avenue and adopts a precise development plan with traffic, utilities, architecture, and landscaping conditions. Ordinance 917(73) adopted September 18 1973. Also notices a special Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District hearing October 4 1973 and an unrelated public meeting to consider Johns Manville and the estate of Ruth Brown Brinkley.
