Bar clears Nixon resignation from California Bar
The State Bar of California recommends the California Supreme Court accept former President Richard M. Nixon’s resignation from the bar. The board reversed a prior denial and says acceptance is based on an acknowledged disciplinary matter. Nixon agrees the action is without prejudice to possible reinstatement later. Nixon lists San Clemente as his home.
