VIENTIANE UP I reports civilian pilot Emmett Kay the last known American POW in Indochina emerged from 16 months in captivity to say no more U S POWs are left in Laos. Kay, 47, told reporters he was treated well and joined by his wife Flora at Vientiane Airport before onward travel to U S bases for medical checkups and a Hawaii reunion for their children. Kay was captured May 7, 1973 while flying for Continental Air Services.
