Vaughn Proctor reports a new Central Coast Chess League forming with Santa Maria Valley San Luis Obispo South San Luis Obispo County and Cal Poly clubs committing. Local players Howard Scott Alan Cordes and Rajan Ayyar show interest. A roster of eight to ten is sought to field four players per match with a forfeit risk.
