Bids due October 8, 1974 at 2:00 p.m. at City Hall, with opening the same day. Bonds bear variable rates up to 7 percent, redeemed after October 15 1987, sold for cash with minimum 94 percent par, and detailed terms including bearer or registered forms, redemption rules, and security pledged to sewer system revenues.
