Certificates of completion awarded to 142 servicemen at Vandenberg
Col. Miles C. Wiley told a breakfast gathering at the NCQ Club that 142 servicemen had received certificates for summer courses presented by Allan Hancock and LaVerne Colleges. He urged use of learned skills to improve the Air Force and civilian life, noting Jefferson and Kissinger as examples of communication demands. The event highlighted PREP program results and included numerous names of graduates across SM-21, SM-24, and LaVerne Residence Center courses.
