Stabbing suspect arrested in Lompoc case
A 19 year old Ampec youth, Danny Robert McGary of 705 D North F Street, is jailed on suspicion of attempted murder after a 69 year old seamstress Delfina D Brambila was found stabbed and injured at her shop near her home on South M Street. Bail set at 6000. Brambila in fair condition after surgery. McGary denies charges. Police seek motive and weapon.

Four accidents leave twelve cars damaged on North H Street
Police investigate four non traffic crashes that occurred within minutes on North H Street near Lompoc Drive-in Theater. Twelve cars were damaged and two drivers from Santa Maria involved, with minor injuries reported.
