Malduce wilderness study urged by citizens group
The Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors is urged to back a study for the Malduce area near the San Rafael Wilderness for possible wilderness designation. James Mills says the small region could extend the primitive highland landscape and benefit future generations, with Forest Service action not yet favorable. The report also notes the Lompoc Valley Art Association awards, naming Robert Willard as Best of Show for Autumn of 72.
