Trial opens for CHP killer suspect
In Van Nuys UPI reports Deputy District Attorney James Ideman opened the case against Bobby Augusta Davis who with Jack Twinning slain in a Newhall shootout on April 5. Davis faces four murder charges as Ideman described him as an expert marksman and the pair's heist plan led to the CHP killings.
