Lompoc FFA seeks school rodeo approval
Lompoc Unified School District's board weighs backing an FFA rodeo at La Salle Canyon stables. FFA president Julio Garcia says plans faced a certain administrator rejection, while principal Robert Paisola and adviser Albert Morgan cite lack of formal authorization. Trustees vote to study board responsibilities and report back by Oct. 26 as they consider the proposal amid other school matters.
