Hijacked PAL jet lands safely in Hong Kong

European nations to help build Spacelab for shuttle flights
Nine European countries form ESRO will cooperate with NASA on a spacelab to be carried in the shuttle from Cape Kennedy and Vandenberg. The lab includes a pressurized module and an instrument platform for telescopes and equipment.
