Planning Commission rounds up dog kennel and cemetery seeks
The County Planning Commission on Wednesday required a percolation test for a proposed dog kennel on Betteravia Rd at E St near Mahoney Rd and continued the hearing to Jan 17 next year. It recommended approval of a general plan change to designate Santa Maria Orcutt cemetery use and set a Nov 29 hearing for cemetery related conditions. The commission denied a rezoning request in Santa Ynez Valley citing topography for parcels under 20 acres.
