The Lompoc Centennial Committee plans a noon reenactment of the Great Land Rush with a parade led by the Lompoc Junior High School Band and a simulated land grab at the O Street Olive Avenue corner. Participants may arrive in period costumes with horses or buggies. stakes will be exchanged for printed deeds at Ryan Park after the pistol. A barbershop quartet and chorus show at the Civic Auditorium tomorrow night has been canceled.
