Citizens urge review of day care licensing in Lompoc
In letters from Mildred Covell and Jack Weeks residents challenge added 25 license fees for home day care and question licensing coverage in Lompoc. They urge Planning Commission to survey county licensed homes, note many operate illegally, and push for fair treatment and tax compliance. A UNICEF donation note accompanies appreciation for Halloween fundraising.
