City to take over Lompoc plant by June 15
Lompoc's Regional Wastewater Reclamation Plant at Central and Bailey will be fully operated by June 15 after final inspections with contractor Gentry Rados and Brown and Caldwell. The 5 million gallon per day plant is funded mainly by federal and state dollars and will be enlarged as needed with Vandenberg Village and VAFB hookups under negotiation.
