Tax cut extension voted in Senate Finance Committee

The Senate Finance Committee voted to extend all individual tax cuts into next year, avoiding June withholding rate increases. Lawsuits allege Johns Manville fraud in Lompoc plant

Oakland attorney Steven Kazan plans a $200 million suit for 20 Lompoc clients claiming asbestos and diatomaceous earth exposure at Johns Manville.
