Fredrich Feig 60 Lompoc Army Veteran Dies
Fredrich Heinrich Feig 60 of Lompoc died Tuesday at Lompo District Hospital. Funeral services with military honors by Vandenberg AFB will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at McPeek Family Chapel. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery. Feig born August 23 1908 in Newark New Jersey served in U S Army retired 1953 master sergeant later worked for Johns Manville. Survivors include sister Ann E. Feig Maplewood NJ donations to American Cancer Society requested.

France Court Orders Daughter to Repay Pension Funds
In Draguignan France a court ruled that Marie Etlenvre who died in 1944 had a pension paid for 24 years by the state railways. Her daughter now 71 must repay all 22 000 francs received plus a 200 franc fine after a clerk determined the mother was 109 years old.
