The La Purisima Mission Fiesta drew thousands with 9000 to 10000 meals served over the weekend and more than 500 Los Angeles visitors. About 1300 people attended crafts, parades, and entertainment led by local students and groups. Authorities report a sign theft and an arts festival prize offer mentioned.
