Dog poisoner strikes again in Lompoc area
Lompoc authorities report seven dogs poisoned in a three to four block radius around Pine Avenue and A Street. The latest victim is a collie owned by the Zeren family of 723 BN First St, adding to about 25 dogs poisoned in three years in the area. No suspects have been found despite extensive police work. A separate note mentions a woman entering Bank of America with a duck, and a morning shower altering Hapgood School’s bicycle rodeo.
