Lompoe City Council approves weed abatement and zoning changes
The Lompoe City Council approved the annual weed abatement plan with assurances for actual discing of weeds. It rezoned North F Street lots 1–20 from R-2 to R-3 and introduced the related ordinance. Also endorsed a flood-control and safety agenda, named the Lompoc Valley Civic Auditorium, and planned a downtown streetscape study plus a water-works capital program.
