Exxon grading probe targets county ordinance violations

Two county departments were asked to investigate possible violations by Exxon Corp. over hasty development of its Las Flores Canyon Refugio site for an oil and gas processing complex. Supervisors Slater and Frost said illegal grading and stream blockage appear to be involved.
