Escapee Enrique Torres Carrisoza at large from FCI

Authorities report Enrique Torres-Carrisoza 38 escaped from the Federal Correction Institution after a 10 p.m. check from the minimum security camp. He arrived March 31 to serve a 10 month term for illegal entry. he is from Sonora Mexico. He is described as a slender white male 5 foot 8, 130 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He was wearing khaki pants and shirt and jacket and is not considered dangerous.

Obituary for Avery Watkins of Lompoc

Avery Watkins 69 died Friday at Santa Barbara General Hospital. Funeral services are set for 3 p.m. tomorrow at McPeek Family Mortuary with Rev. Robert Montgomery officiating. Burial follows at Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery. He was born February 6, 1902 in Anthony Kansas and lived in Lompoc 45 years. Survived by widow Neeta, son Jerry, two stepdaughters, two stepsons, five brothers, his mother, two nephews, and 10 grandchildren.
