Hill tank team falls to Royals in CIF bid

San Marcos swim team defeated Cabrillo 74 21 as Jerome Betts won the 100 yard backstroke and helped the medley relay while Mike McDougle set a Hill school record in the 100 freestyle. San Marcos swept other events 70 16 and 67 10 as league action resumes April 10 against Rigetti.

Iowa State opens strong bid for NCAA wrestling crown

Kring Leads Santa Maria Past Cabrillo in Track Sweep

Lompoc Gals Rally to Defeat San Marcos in Track Meet

Lompoc Braves girls track crushed San Marcos Royals 61 to 25 at Santa Barbara. Tish Lunsford and Gale Schmidt each won two events with Lunsford claiming high jump and 880 while Schmidt took 50 yard hurdles and shot put. Cheryl Biggs added a 220 win as Lompoc swept relays and multiple sprints.
