In Sacramento UPI reports Senator George Murphy backed by President Nixon will duel with millionaire industrialist Norton Simon in the June Republican primary. Hew Secretary Robert Finch will not appear on the ballot. Other primary moves include Burns for secretary of state, Dorn stepping aside against Reagan, and Mrs. Jordan entering the race to succeed her stroke-stricken husband.
