POW exchange begins in Vietnam

Saigon and the Viet Cong started exchanging 7 550 war prisoners after a delay. Five C130 jets carried about 100 prisoners each to Camp Evans near Quang Tri City. About 500 prisoners from Phu Quoc Island were involved in the initial exchange.
