Suspects climbed utility poles along a 1.5 mile stretch of Cebada Canyon Road and cut 23 064 feet of copper telephone wire weighing about 447 pounds. Four homes lost service briefly estimated resale value at 268 dollars. Sheriff’s deputies investigate with private line workaround reported.

Halt urged on La Purisima Mission lot splits moratorium
