Lompoc Chamber Opens Vandenberg AFB Tours This Week
The Lompoc Valley Chamber of Commerce offers public Vandenberg AFB tours on Monday and April 5 with Santa Maria tours on April 6. Up to 35 people per date may participate and registration is required. Tours last about three hours and entry instructions will be provided. Participants under 16 or with certain disabilities are not admitted.

Space Shuttle CSSCC to meet with Reagan in Santa Maria
The California Coordinating Committee for the Space Shuttle meets Monday at 7 p.m. in the Santa Maria Club to finalize how it will present the shuttle program to Gov. Ronald Reagan. They will name trip participants to Sacramento and arrange transportation.
