The two Sundays at the Housing Authority Building 217 W Maple Ave host a Swiss format junior chess event for Lompoc Unified School District students. Prizes include a champion trophy and titles, with separate trophies for runners up and 13 and under entrants. Registration available during Wednesday 7 PM sessions and Saturday 10 AM to noon.
