Hollis Richardson suffered second and third degree burns on his hands extinguishing a trailer fire at 701 E Pine Ave Space 15. Fire officials suspect a discarded cigarette ignited a trash can, spreading to walls. Damage estimated $330 to $400. Richardson reported the blaze about 11.30 a.m. after being treated at Lompoc Hospital.
