Obituary for Phillip W. Stinchfield Sr. 71
Phillip Wallace Stinchfield Sr. 71 died Saturday at Vandenberg AFB Hospital. A World War I and II Navy veteran and retired chief pharmacists mate, he will be buried with full military honors at Arlington National Cemetery. Survived by three sons, a sister, and a brother. He lived in Santa Maria the past three years.

Tax Increase Passes In Santa Maria And Orcutt Districts
Elections in Santa Maria High School and Orcutt Elementary School districts approved a 0.65 and 0.90 dollar tax increase respectively.
