Tough pollution controls for county air district proposed

Commission approves conditional use permit for temporary occupancy
The County Planning Commission approved Thomas J. Wales's request for a conditional use permit to occupy an existing building during construction of a permanent dwelling at 4380 State Rt. 246 in Lompoc Valley. The site lies south of the Rt. 246 Campbell Rd. intersection in an unlimited agricultural district. The current dwelling will become a hobby room after the new house is completed.
