Australian visitor to conduct services at Lompoc church

The Rev Sydney A McDonald from Sydney will deliver 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. sermons at First Southern Baptist Church of Lompoc while the pastor is away. He is accompanied by Mrs McDonald, leader of Baptist Women in Australia. The week includes Bible classes, a Baptist Training Union, and midweek Bible study led by McDonald. The choir and music are directed by Danny Martinez with songs by Gary Lanier and Joe E Parks.

United Church Pulpit to Welcome Rev Denton and Vacation School

The United Church of Christ hosts Rev William Denton from First Christian Church at next service with the sermon In Him I am Able For Anything based on Matthew 17 14 21. Following the service children through grade four attend classes, care is provided and a coffee hour follows.
