Santa Barbara County Planning Commission set to hear a Wednesday session on downzoning 300 acres along Calzada Avenue north of Santa Ynez from one acre estates to a 10-A-OL designation. Proponents cite preserving agriculture and preventing septic, school, and service impacts while opponents favor development and ranchette homes.
