Body of kidnaped US diplomat found in Mexican desert
The badly decomposed body of US Vice Consul John Patterson, abducted on March 22, was located about 35 miles north of Hermosillo. Identification came via ring initials and dental work, with Patterson’s wife to identify the remains in Mexico City.
