A Solvang Business Association board meeting moved from next Monday to Monday August 2 to hear Santa Barbara Chamber of Commerce operations from Stan Lowry. The session in the Solvang Municipal Improvement District center starts at 30. Lowry will discuss organization financing and functions of a chamber. Also noted are Ballard School potluck at 7 p.m. Friday, Ballard Improvement Association meeting July 15, and a Juvenile Justice Master Plan Task Force session July 9 at the Veterans Memorial Building. Santa Ynez Valley Seniors plan a barbecue with coffee and shared desserts at Ballard Meat, attendees to bring salad or dessert and own service.
