Man Remanded for 90 Day Psychiatric Examination
Donald Lee Brandon, 27, was remanded to the State Prison at China for 90 days of psychiatric evaluation after a conviction for involuntary manslaughter in the death of a three year old foster child, Trinidad Reyes, with sentencing possible up to 10 years. He pled not guilty but noncontesting to the charge in Santa Maria Superior Court.
