Cops and rustlers chase filmed in valley move

A television pilot titled Sam and T filmed last week near La Purisima Mission with Ted Neeley and George DeCenzo as onscreen cops. Stunt man Bill Catching led a three-stunt crew while Nieley and DeCenzo watched from the sidelines during the final dune buggy chase. The CBS MGM production wrapped in the valley Friday with northeast winds and tides listed for Tuesday.

Mondale Fukuda Hold Businesslike Economic Talks in Tokyo

Carter proposes two year 31.2 billion economic plan

President Carter outlined a two year 31.2 billion economic recovery package to Congress including a 50 dollar tax rebate for most Americans and creation of about 750000 jobs. The package aims to revive growth, boost consumer buying power, and balance the federal budget by 1981.
