County approves non guest ranch use permit in Santa Ynez
The County Planning Commission okayed a two story facility on 2500 acres owned by Murrell Angus Cattle Co in the Santa Ynez Valley at 2835 Brinkerhoff Ave. The plan described as a guest ranch would be corporate owned with 12 bedrooms for stockholders and guests no charges for the 15 stockholders. Commission members accepted the use permit as a legal method in a 20 acre agricultural district with a public hearing to follow if the property changes hands. No local opposition was voiced.
