City of Lompoc and Santa Barbara County officials push toward a decision on a four acre site between the shopping center and Lompoc High School for a park with a racquetball facility to be built by a private developer. A 50 year non cancelable lease is proposed to secure financing for BKB Associates of Ventura with further talks set before the county board next week.
