Robert Andrew Myers 19 and Harry William Blevins 18 were booked in Lompoc Jail for possessing marijuana and paraphernalia after CHP stopped their car on Lompoc Casmalia Road. Five juvenile hitchhikers were released with no charges. bail set at 3750 dollars pending court.
