Sublease approved for racquetball facility in Lompoc
BKB Associates has approved a sublease with the City of Lompoc to build a racquetball facility on a 4.5 acre park site leased from the county. City Council will vote Tuesday at 7 30 p m in the Lompoc School District offices on the BKB sublease and county lease, with two disputed points from the Board of Supervisors to be settled.
