Truman outlines growth limits to protect Lompoc ag land
Lompoc City Council candidate Burnham Truman argues against westward development due to valuable farmland and views. He supports limited smog-producing industry, cautious city role in land and tax policies, and selective downtown revitalization with thematic design. He backs annexation only if beneficial and favors robust city hall plans and limited advertising spending.
